You’ll get clear daily instructions tailored to your goals, along with the education and support you need to become confident managing your own fitness long term.
I can’t do the work for you, but I’ll guide you every step of the way.
Everybody is different, and every body is different, so your program will always be customized to your individual needs.
In-person coaching happens at my gym in Chicago or at your residence if you need more privacy. Online coaching happens over video, with the same proven systems that deliver safe, lasting results.

My Core Principles
- Consistency beats perfection. Fitness isn’t about getting it perfect, it’s about showing up. Progress comes from sticking to the plan, even when you don’t feel your best.
- Strength comes first. Getting stronger helps you move better, build muscle, and reduce your risk of injury. It also makes conditioning easier and plays a key role in improving body composition.
- The fundamentals matter, no matter your goal. Your training should match your goals, but there are key fundamentals to strength, conditioning, mobility, and nutrition that always apply. The way you prioritize them may change, but you can’t ignore them and expect great results.
- Plan the work and work the plan. As cliche as it sounds, failing to plan is planning to fail. My programs provide a clear plan and simple step-by-step instructions to help you progressively build toward your ultimate goal.
- Don’t try to reinvent the wheel. There’s no sense in wasting time, effort, or resources. My programs are designed based on what has already been proven to work, but my methods keep evolving to keep the process fresh.
- Safety is an insurance policy for results. Results come from consistency, and you can’t be consistent if an injury has you sidelined. My programs prioritize safety to help you win now and into the future. As the saying goes, "the best ability is availability."
- You can’t outwork a bad diet. Some people can eat whatever they want and still have chiseled abs. Most of us, myself included, are not like these people. Plus, a bad diet can hurt your performance. My programs include proven nutrition protocols to help you look and perform your best.
- If you’re not having fun, we’re doing it wrong. Being disciplined with your exercise and nutrition is hard work, but the process should be enjoyable. There are different ways to accomplish the same goal, and my programs are built to be flexible—so we can make smart, effective changes if things get boring.
