
Hi, I'm Chase.
Before I became a trainer, I worked in tech. But none of the work felt fulfilling. So in 2015, I walked away to pursue what had always been a lifelong obsession: fitness.Ā Ā
After learning the ropes at an upscale club, I launched my own coaching venture calledĀ Incremental Gains.Ā My goal wasĀ to help people transform their fitness in a way that actually sticks. That means no gimmicks or shortcuts. Just habits, technique, and steady progress.
I've studied under some of the best minds in strength, conditioning, mobility, and nutrition. The same experts trusted by pro athletes, special operators, and celebrities. Their guidance shaped my approach and fast-tracked my career, allowing me to pay it forward.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with professional athletes, top-tier founders, executives, musicians, and people from many other walks of life. And while helping clients hit fitness goals is great, what really fuels me is watching their confidence and quality of life outside the gym improve.
When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, stuffing my face with good food, and spending time with my wife, son, and our two golden retrievers. Friends and family too.
